Kostic Films initially began as a means to finance my artistic work, but has since grown and evolved independently as a platform to help promote small businesses, film production companies and other artists in creating inspiring media projects. As a passionate film director and producer with more than 12 years of experience, I can make the most of my artistic skills to promote a unique vision and cater to each client's individual needs. Along with the other members of my creative team, I strive to write, direct and realize stories that will leave a lasting impression. This past March, Aleksandar Kostic premiered experimental film 'Persistence of Memory', which was produced by Kostic Films, LLC, at the MaerzMusik Festival in Berlin, Germany. The theme of the festival was "Cage and Consequences," celebrating the 100th anniversary of John Cage's birth, and the film was shown in conjunction with a concert by Joan La Barbara.
